Return & Refund Policy

At Wise Cart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • The item is missing parts or accessories.

  • You received an incorrect size or variant due to our error.

To process your request, the product must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.

  • Returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.

  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

  • Products without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Refund Policy

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a damaged/incorrect product.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.

If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may qualify for a return under this policy.
